I have a humid house, even when the air conditioner is on. I was told to run a dehumidifier in the basement, but that is expensive and not particularly effective. I saw an ad for Humidex, which purports to be better than a dehumidifier because it just does air exchange, but I can find no independent verification of its effectiveness.

I have been unable to find any independent verification of the company or how well their product (Humidex) works. Can you tell me how I can contact the tech department you mentioned?
