My house is in an area that floods every couple of years, causing several inches of water damage. I have heard about a process of raising the elevation of the house by lifting the house and slab and pouring piers or concrete underneath. Does anyone have any knowledge or experieince at this? I am located in S. E. Texas near Houston.
