We have owned our 100+ year old home now for 5 years. The foundation is stone. We have many leaks in the basement, and mold grows down there. The floor is concrete, and there is a drain in the floor. The basement does not get flooded, but water seeps in, and it is never dry. We had one guy come out from a franchise, quoting us about $7,000 to put in a system. I did not trust him, as he pressured us to sign the contract. We are now ready to have this work done. Is there any grants available or low interest loans. What is the best system to use for this?
