I live in columbia in a house built 28 years ago on a slab. I added a chimney about 5 years later. Now I am experiencing severe water leakage around the chimney and have not been able to contact any waterproofer that works on slab houses. Please advise Todd Combs

It's an old house so you need to check and repair it after every one year and check any leakage found. So now you can apply cement and sand mixture where you find leakage.
