In regards to street creep, you mention concrete streets. Does this condition also occur with asphalt streets?

Yes, it's possible. Look for expansion strips between the garage floor and the driveway....also at the back of the garage against the wall. If they are missing you need them installed. If the basement wall is already cracked install new thicker expansion joints and then reinforce your wall.Comment
