Wet Foundation and snow melt

We have a persistent problem with the finished basement in our 3-year old house. One corner always gets wet from rapid snow melt but never from heavy rains. It's definitely not a plumbing issue; can this be a foundation issue? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Based on the fact that it only leaks during a snow melt, it may mean that the leak is up high at brick ledge (or above grade) getting behind siding-brick etc.

However, because it is finished this is guess work. Water can travel from 20 ft away from where it settles due to the pitch of the basement floor. Meaning that it could be coming from a crack etc behind the finished basement, running along behind the stud work and coming out at a low point of slab floor.
