How to reduce water pressure under foundation slab

What is the best way to reduce water pressure under a foundation slab? The house is new and has a very high water table.

High Water Table

With a high water table by installing an interior draintile system under the floor you will be able to control the additional water.

NOTE: This system should NOT be tied into the existing exterior system NOR the bleeders under the floor. If this is done it does not have the same effect. If it is found that this added water "overloads" the current sump pump and crock, you may want to install a second pit and pump.
